The library is a place that holds huge importance for students. They consistently seek to provide study space and excellent books for students at all times. It is one of the highest rated areas of the university and their staff are rightly respected across the student body.
One of the ways that they get this excellence is by holding Customer Service Excellence Focus Groups. They do this every year as a condition of their Customer Service Excellence accrediation. In this process an independent figure comes in and holds multiple focus sessions and write reccomendations for the library to enact. Ergo this is an excellent way for students to get invovled and ensure that the library is acting for you.
